I have let the game sit like this for as long as 10 min in hopes that it is simply taking forever to load but to no success. Once I select the profile I wish to use the loading screen will come up and one or two seconds later it will hard freeze and requires using the task manager to get out of. As the title states I just bought a Origin copy of Need for speed Undercover and I haven't been able to get it to work at all beyond making a new profile.
